I am ~.+riting you in response to your request for iniormatiun regarding
the presence of soils classified as Pr'_me Farr Land in the area around
the Allen and Maxwell mines.
Our soils survey of the area shows an area of 'robin Silty Clay loam
(AlA) in the NE.'; of section 29, T.33S., R.6T:l., 6th P.t4. This is
north and northwest of the tAaxxell mine.
Phis soil has been identified as Prime Farn Land as a result of a
study conducted by USDA-Soil Conse:-vation Service and Colorado State
University °xpcriment Station.

designation.
