This condition will continue for these three mines until such <br />time as reclamation is jud ed by the Mined Land Reclamation Board to be <br />either partially complete (in which case, the bond amounts could be reduced) <br />or fully complete (in which case, the bonds could be released). <br />Please feel free to call me if you have further questions. <br />Sincerely, <br />~l 1~.~_ o <br />Mark S.
