-6- <br />Permit Condition <br />A reportable spill is a spill of any toxic or haoarAbw subsmrrce (including spills of petroleum products) within the <br />mined land permit area reportable to nny Division of the Gotorado Depar>oreat of Public Hearth and the Emvonment, the <br />National Response Center, the Colorado F_mergrncy Plamring Conmtission, any local Emergency Planning Commission, <br />local Emergency Plarmitrg Convoittee, or the State Oil Inspector. The Mme Operator shall notify the Division of <br />Reclamation, Mining and Safrty (DBMS) of a reportable spill wid»n the mined land permit area ushrg the same tirtwfiame <br />required by the pemnt, license, Mice, statute, tale or regulation governing the reporting ofthe spill to the other appropriate <br />agency. Notice ofa reportable spill shall be FAXed to: Minerals Program Supervisor, Divisionof Reclanmtion, Mining and <br />Safety, FAX (303) 832-810G.
