(m) Onsite processing will occur on-site. Crushing and screening will be done <br />on site. A portable crushing and screening plant will be used and the <br />processing will be done on as needed basis or a seasonal timetable. The <br />crushing and screening is dependant upon market demand and thus the <br />schedule for crushing and screening will depend upon the demand. <br />{n) The primary products (commodities) from this mine site will be used for <br />construction materials as defined by the DRMS, as follows: "Construction <br />Materials" means rock, clay, silt, sand. ra avel, limestone, dimension stone, <br />marble or shale extracted for use in the production of non-metallic construction <br />products. The main products will be sand and gravel, road base, asphalt <br />aggregate, concrete aggregates and fill materials. No secondary commodities <br />will be produced. <br />(o) Sand, gravel and road base along with structural fill are the main <br />commodities to be mined. There are no other commodities to be mined only <br />construction aggregates. {SEE ABOVE} <br />(p) No use of explosives will be used during mining or reclamation. <br />
