BOX 482 <br />Nucla, CO 81424 <br />Re: Notice that you have not posted a Financial and/or Performance Warranty for your approved Mined Land <br />Reclamation Boazd Permit Application <br />Dear Mr. Chiles: <br />The Mined Land Reclamation Board (Board) has directed the Division to remind applicants when they have not posted <br />the required financial warranty and/or the performance warranty by the 9s' month of the application approval date. <br />As of the date of this notice, our records indicate that you have not posted the required warranty for your approved <br />Mined Land Reclamation Board permit, file No.~--2005-050. If you do not post the required warranty by July 20, <br />2007, (365 days from the date your application was approved) you must be scheduled for a Formal Board Hearing <br />according to the provisions of Rule 4.1(2).
