Wil! <br />there be an artificial increase of the local goundwater table as a result of the <br />"lake;' thus creating a mounding cifi~ect. This tray lead w seepage and/or <br />flooding in subsurface structures such as basements and cellars. <br />How will the de-watering for the mining operations affect the private wells used <br />for lawn irrigation? There is concern of subsidence resulting form de-watering <br />the local groundwater table and how it may affect the structural integrity of our <br />horne. <br />We feel that proposed training plan by Western Equipment & Truck, should he denied for <br />the above stated reasons.
