Hampden Ave., Ste. 810, Englewood, CO 80110; (303} 534-1040, filed an application to conduct Surface
extraction of construction materials and reclamation, at or neaz Section 13, Township 2N, Range 67W, 6th Prime
Meridian, in Weld County. Please be advised that the permit azea may be located in more than one Section,
Township, and Range. The application decision is scheduled for July 3, 2003.
A copy of the application is available for review at the Weld County Clerk & Recorder's office and at the office of
