which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby grant to KNC,INC. a right and option

and other roadbed material located on land described as follows: S.E. t of the

In the event the contractor desl res to purchase any ma terlal located on the
above described land, the owner will 6e pa(d a royalty fee of $0.75 pef tan or
$1.25 per cu. yd.
The company will have the right to Ingress and egress to and from the sub-
ject premises and to erect any temporary structures, such as screenf ng, crushing ,
and or asphalt plants; [o stockpile ma [erlals In an area of suff lc lent size; and
to employ any reasonable methods for renroval of said ma terlal. Colorado Mined
Land Reclamation Rules will apply. ~J
