The face is exposed near the northwest corner of the <br />property which will be renoved as an open face, approximately 15' thick <br />with a rubber tired loader. The bottom of the pit shall be klept so <br />these is drainage but level enough for building purposes. <br />EXHIBIT E <br />7. The pit site is to be reclaimed in the following method. <br />After the material has been removed the pit site is to be leveled and left <br />open as a building site for a hay shed & feeding area for cattle. <br />The pit is to be worked in such a way as to day light the north & west <br />side of the pit; the east end & south side of the pit will be no steeper than <br />a 1:1 slope, starting from a dist' of 30' from the east fence & or fran the <br />irrigation ditch. <br />A road will be kept through the pit no steeper than 8~ grade for access <br />to the reiver fran the existing road. <br />I do not want the pit to be top soil. <br />
