One <br />Florissant, CO 80816 <br />Re: File No.: M-89-044, Twin Crk Campground, Incomplete Application <br />Dear Mr. Clare: <br />Upon reviewing your application fora Mining & Reclamation Permit, received <br />April 7, 1989, we have determined that it is incomplete under the Colorado <br />Mined Land Reclamation Act (C.R.S. 34-32-101, et seq.), and the associated <br />regulations. <br />The following items must be submitted in order for the application to be <br />considered complete (Rule 1.1(10) of the Rules and Regulations of the Mined <br />Land Reclamation Board, as amended, effective July, 1978): <br />1. No application fee was received. Please note also that a fee of <br />E105.00 is required (8 acres x E10/acre) + 525=5105) rather than <br />the E95.00 fee specified on the application form. <br />2. Exhibit F - Legal Right-To-Enter: The Operator shall submit a copy <br />of the lease, deed, abstract of title, or current tax receipt.
