<br />THIS DEED made this'7~/'~ day of January, 2004, between LLOYD DALE ROZELL
<br />a/k/a DALE ROZELL and MARY JANE ROZELL a/k/a MARY J. ROZELL, of the first part
<br />(or "Grantors" herein), and JERRY J. STARLIN, whose legal address is 418 Cedar Avenue, Akron,
<br />Colorado 80720, of the second part (or "Grantee" herein).
<br />WITNESSETH, that the said parties of the first part, for and in consideration of the sum of
<br />$10.00 and other good and valuable consideration, to the said parties of the first part in hand paid by
<br />the said party of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby confessed and acknowledged, have
<br />remised, released, sold, conveyed and QUIT CLAIMED, and by these presents do remise, release,
<br />sell, convey and QUIT CLAIM unto the said party of the second part, his heirs, successors and
<br />assigns, forever, all the right, title, interest, claim and demand which the said parties of the first part
<br />have in and to the following descnbed real property, together with improvements, if any, situate, lying
<br />and being in the County of Washington, and State of Colorado, to-wit:
<br />All of the Grantors' interest in the rock, sand, gravel or aggregate that may
<br />be on, in, under or produced from the following described real property:
<br />Township 1 North. Range 53 West of the Gth P.M.
<br />The Southwest Quarter (SW'/.) of Section 1 Q Township 1 North, Range 53
<br />West of the 6th P.M., Washington County, Colorado.
<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, together with all and singular the appurtenances and
<br />privileges thereunto belonging or in anywise thereunto appertaining, and all the estate, right, title,
<br />interest and claim whatsoever, of the parties of [he first part, either in law or equity, to the only
<br />proper use, benefit and behoof of the said party of the second part, hislher heirs, successors and
<br />assigns forever.
