Overburden will be removed from area to be mined and placed in mined-out <br />areas. The minimal topsoil will 6e removed from overburden and stockpiled, then placed an the <br />overburden in the mined areas and reseeded. Thus, the mining and reclamation proceeds in a <br />"leap frog" fashion lowering the flat top mesa from 0' to 50' - or essentially to elevation 5,550' +/- <br />on the south and 5,625' +/- on the nor#h.
