The 36.0 acres listed on the "ivory form" for the permit area is simply a <br />rounded number for the cad-calculated permit area of 36.02 acres. Two copies of stamped and <br />signed maps are also enclosed. <br />In Item 3, I discussed the steeper highwalls with Judy Dvencentis, Western is committing to the <br />2H1 V slopes for the entire mining process. No steeper highwalls will exist for the entire mining <br />operation. The current steeper slopes in a portion of the mining azea aze being regraded. <br />In your Item 4, the true disturbance of 21.24 acres has replaced the previous 11.3 acres. In your <br />Item 5, a connector road has been added to the Reclamation Plan Map. <br />The proof of publication and notices to Polsley and Grey aze enclosed.
