Fleming
YOU SHOULD RECEIVE 10 PAGE(S), INCLUDING THIS COVER SHF_ET IF
YOU DO NOT RECEIVEALL THE PAGES, PLE9SE CALL 450-2204.
Tom Schriever said I should coordinate with you to resolve all the issues related to the
slurry wall, slope stability versus setbacks, and bonding for the slurry wall while he's on
vacation. Attached is a copy of the agreement with PSCo., which I believe resolves all
concerns related to PSCo. once the agreement is executed by both sides.
In regard to utility poles in adjacent right-of-ways, all are PSCo.'s except for some along
104'" Avenue owned by United Power. All are located on the north side of the right of
way, or over 150' from the neazest excavation, except for 6 located on the east side and
4 on the west side of the S. Platte River. The ones on the east side are 25' or so north
of the right of way line, or about 60' from where the closest excavation would occur. The
ones on the west side are located just inside the right-of-way fence, or probably right. at
the 40' from the nearest excavation, but two of these are between the S. Platte River and
the minimum 35' setback Erom the Sinclair Gas pipeline. Thus at most, only two of
these power poles could be within 40' or so to the closest excavation.
P. 1
