reclamation permit from the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board (tll,_
"Board") to conduct mining operations in '1'c)]cr' County.

location and nature of the proposed operation. The entira applic~ltio~l
is on file with the Division of Minerals and Geology (tha "llivisiorl")
and the local county clerk and recorder.
The applicant/operator proposes to reclaim the affected land co
