LCG does not own or control any other coal mining operation. Exhibit 1 contains <br />information relating to Officers and Directors of LCC and controlling entities interests in <br />coal mining operations. At this time, Mr. Bruce Addington is the only entity who has had <br />an ownership or control position in a surface coal mining and reclamation operation in <br />the last five years. <br />A. P. Maxwell Development Company, LLC has formed another company, Picketwire <br />Processing LLC, which owns and operates the New Elk Mine (CDMG Permit C-18-012, <br />MSHA Identification Number OS-04461). <br />Surface and coal ownership within the permit boundary is owned by: <br />Coal Ownership <br />46.5% held jointly by: <br />Hitl Ranch F.E.
