2.03.9 PERSONAL INJURY AND PROPERTY DAMAGE INSURANCE
INFORMATION
LCC will submit an insurance certification to the Division that will be incorporated as
Exhibit 3 prior to permit issuance.
2.03.10 IDENTIFICATION OF OTHER LICENSES AND PERMITS
Numerous other licenses and permits will be obtained for the operation of the Lorencito
Canyon Mine. Table 2.03.10-1 shows the listing of permits which LCC will obtain for
the project.
2.03.11 IDENTIFICATION OF LOCATION OF PUBLIC OFFICE FOR
FILING OF APPLICATION
A copy of the permit application which is available for public inspection is in the County
Clerk's Office of Las Animas County, County Courthouse, Room 104, Trinidad,
Colorado 81082.
2.03.12 NEWSPAPER ADVERTISEMENT AND PROOF OF
APPLICATION
A copy of the proposed newspaper advertisement to be published once per week for four
(4) consecutive weeks in the Trinidad Chronicle is contained in Exhibit 4.
