<br />of 1923, as amended by Chapter 113 of the Session Laws
<br />of 1931, and as emended by Chapter 156 of the Session
<br />Laws oC 1936; that said news paper has been admitted to
<br />the United States mails ea second-class mailer under the
<br />provisions of the Act of Congrees of illarch 3, 1979, or any
<br />amendments thereof, that the annexed notice was pub-
