The pond is located <br />approximately 160 feet from the creek embankment with exception of <br />the southwest corner of the pond which is slightly less than 100 <br />feet from the embankment. Based on the location of the pond and a <br />water elevation of 6999.6 in the pond, the steady state seepage is <br />expected to intersect the ground surface at an elevation of <br />approximately 6971.5 feet. This would place the phceatic surface <br />within the Trout Creek drainage channel making it difficult to <br />differentiate ground seepage from the normal water flow of Trout <br />Creek. <br />C~ <br />
