All hydrologic <br />concerns have been resolved to the Division's satisfaction based on the information and <br />commitments provided. Please note that on page 3 of the response letter, Asphalt Paving <br />Company has committed to submittal of a Technical Revision prior to any offsite discharge <br />(from pit dewatering activities) that will contain the details of the discharge structure(s) to be <br />used and associated erosion control methods that will be employed.
