Roadside North Portal Reclamation Drainage . <br />Emergency spillway is a trapezoidal channel four feet wide at the bottom <br />1.5H:1 V side slopes, 1.5 feet deep, 9" and12" Dso riprap, invert elevation 4788 <br />(pages 14-6-63 & 64). <br />The silt fence will be constructed on the contour down gradient of all run-off. The <br />peak stage for the silt fence is 0.84-feet (page 14-6-71). Therefore 1.5' high <br />berms will be utilized to collect and direct run-off to the silt fence. <br />The height of the berms that collect and convey run-off to the sediment pond <br />was calculated (page 14-6-65). Minimum design height is 1.06 feet.
