Owner must take <br />responsibility to water trees and grasses during drought years until the forest and range is <br />permanently established. (34-32.5-117(3)(g)(4)(a)) <br />Furthermore the bonding should include financial coverage should the operation <br />pollute groundwater in the azea sufficient to cover cleanup or replacement of the <br />numerous private wells in the surrounding area. Also the bonding should cover the <br />financial damages which could occur should the Rollins cliffs fail and damage private <br />roads or structures below or kill someone. <br />These aze my wncerns with the application Benson Brothers has submitted.
