REVISED MINING&RECLAMATION PLAN <br /> RE: Bachelor Mine-Khedive Permit No. M-80-171 <br /> This Revised Mining&Reclamation Plan is only for the stockpile along the south bank of the Dexter <br /> Creek. This stockpile will be armored inorder to prevent pollution of the stream. <br /> Rule 3.1.5(3): <br /> This stockpile Will not be graded as it will be removed as per previous Mining&Reclamation <br /> Plan, when a mill is procured <br /> Rule 3.1.5(5): <br /> This stockpile will be armored pith boulders to protect Dexter Creek from pollution. This should <br /> also keep the area from being unsightly. <br /> Rule 3.1.5(10): <br /> This stockpile material will be handled in such a manner so as to prevent unauthorized release of <br /> pollutants into the drainage system when it is removed for milling. <br /> Rule 3.1.6(1): <br /> The armoring of this stockpile will be done without entering the stream channel and tell not <br /> disturb the material itself. This plan, therefore, will not affect the water quality or hydrology of Dexter <br /> Creek. <br /> Rule 3.1.6(3): <br /> The armoring of this stockpile will stabilize and protect it from erosion until it is removed for <br /> milling. <br />
