I have enclosed soils information on parts of sections 10, 15, and 21 in
Township 13 South Range 90 West. I have included a detailed description of
all the soil in the boundaries of these land units. These lands are
suitable for either pasture and hayland production, rangeland or other
purposes such as recreation. This land is not suitable for cropland
production and not considered to be prime farmground. You will notice that
the capability groups for each of the soils range from a IV to an VIII.
Generally, capability Class I is considered prime farm ground and Class VII
has severe restrictions and suited for only recreation, wildlife etc.
