I have included a detailed description of <br />all the soil in the boundaries of these land units. These lands are <br />suitable for either pasture and hayland production, rangeland or other <br />purposes such as recreation. This land is not suitable for cropland <br />production and not considered to be prime farmground. You will notice that <br />the capability groups for each of the soils range from a IV to an VIII. <br />Generally, capability Class I is considered prime farm ground and Class VII <br />has severe restrictions and suited for only recreation, wildlife etc. <br />The area around Panoia is serviced by our field office in Delta Colorado. <br />There number is (970)-874-5735 and fns number (970)-874-7768.
