SF~. Sec. 23. T1N. R63W. Weld County <br />Name/Type and Location of DSine (Legal) <br />Wildlife Species list: Deer, antelope, coyote, fox, rabbits, doves, pheasant, <br />numerous raptors, songbirds, and small mammals. <br />Endangered/critical species/impacted: No known threatened or endangered species. <br />Critical habitats/vegetative communities impacted: N/A <br />Assessment of impact: Impacts on wildlife are minor as this is a sandy alluvial type <br />deposit in the floodway of Sand Creek. <br />Mine Reclamation recommendations (include key species/habitats for which restoration <br />is designed). Aside from doing some grading to improve the aesthetics, very little <br />need be done as the next flood will deposit more sand. This situation makes revegetation <br />extremely difficult.
