RESOLUTION
RE: APPROVAL OF AGREEMENT BET['IEEi4 NIKOLAUS AND FLORENCE
ARNUSCH AND ['7ELD COUNTY, COLORADO AND AUTHORIZATION FOR
CHAIP~N TO SIGN THE SAME.
[WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested v;ith the authority of administering
the affairs of [weld County, and
[aHEP.EAS, Weld County is in need of gravel for the
construction, of county roads, and
WHEREAS, Nikolaus and Florence Arnusch own certain land
on which there is gravel suitable for use in construction of
county roads, and
WHEREAS, an agreement for use of gravel for road purposes
between Weld County and Nikolaus and Florence Arnusch has been
presented to the Board of County Commissioners, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners deems it
advisable anc in the best interests of Weld County to approve
said agreement.
NO[a, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado that the agreement for
use of gravel for road purposes between Weld County and
Nikolaus and Florence Arnusch be, and hereby is, approved.
BE IT FURTHEP, RESOLVED by the Board that the Chairman of
the Board be, and hereby is, authorized to sign said agreement.
