4.6.3 WATER RIGHTS REPLACEMENT
• Although it is not anticipated that mining will affect any water
supplies, the Edna Mine through water rights owned by Chevron U.S.A., has
water available to replace any supplies that are contaminated, disrupted or
interrupted by mining activities. If water rights are affected and need to be
replaced they will be replaced with equivalent water right types (i.e.
irrigation, domestic, industrial, etc.). The available water rights are
listed below;
