It has been dderminal that the above emission point has uncontrolled <br />acnul missions of less tlwt two tons per yea and dons riot anal significant quantities of IvtUnlats or alorous pollutants. <br />The above emission point is therefore exempt from the filing of Air Pollutant Enussion Notice(s), APEN(s), aril is else <br />exempt from permit requirements (per Regulation No. 3, Section II.D.I.a., snl Section III.D.I.a). <br />This exemption from permit requirements is issual in reliance upon the accuracy aral completetuss of information <br />supplied by the applicant and is conditioned upon Construction, installation sad operation in accordance with this <br />uiformdion 1ua1 with representations made by the applicant or applicant's agents. SpeciFically, this exemption has been <br />grantal provided that the following information is accurate and complete: <br />The primtry crashing capacity of this unit is less than 25 tons per hour. <br />Accorling to the Division'a prelimirwry erwlysis, this emission point will result in the emission of the following air <br />pollutants (om m uncontrolled acnial basis): <br />Particulate Matter (fSP): 0.18 tons per year. <br />Particulate Matter (PM ]0): 0.08 toss per year. <br />The Division has further determined that et if the crusher throughput was 800,000 tons per year, uncontrolled emissions <br />of Particulate Matter (fSP) would egtwl two tons per year.
