Gillis, Senior Environmental Protection Specialist'3~~-((~ <br />RE: M.A. Concrete, Monument View Gravel Pit, File No. M-2000-032 <br />Please be advised that on Mazch 2, 2000, M.A. Concrete, whose address and telephone number are 2323 River <br />Rd., Grand ]unction, CO 81505; (970) 243-3221, filed an application to conduct Surface extraction of <br />construction materials and reclamation, at or near Section 5, Township IS, Range 1 W, Ute Prime Meridian, in <br />Mesa County. Please be advised that the permit area may be located in more than one Section, Township, and <br />Range. The application decision is scheduled for May 31, 2000. <br />A copy of the application is available for review at the Mesa County Clerk & Recorder's office and at the office <br />of the Division of Minerals and Geology, Room 215, 1313 Sherman Street, Denver, Colorado 80203. <br />All written comments or objections must be submitted within twenty (20) days of the date of the newspaper public <br />notice to be considered in the application review process by the Division. You should contact the applicant for the <br />newspaper publication date. <br />
