duly sworn, depose and state the following :
1) I circulated a petition for denial of the request
for rezoning and a special use permit for Best-Way Paving Company,
et al ;
I circulated the petition by personally presenting
it to the persons whose names appear on the petition;
Each of the signatures appearing on the petition
is , in fact, a signature of the person whose name it purports to
be and the address each of the signatures has presented on the
petition is correctly set forth.
2) This Affidavit is given in support of a request for
denial of the request for rezoning and a special use permit by
Best-Way Paving Company, et al . by the County Board of Commis-
sioners and the County Planning Commission.
