The permit is not scheduled for approval by the Mined Land <br />Reclamation Board until March 25-26, 1987. Mining can not commence <br />until the permit is approved and the Performance and Financial <br />lJarranties have been submitted. <br />2. The plan indicates that the topsoil will be stockpiled west of the <br />western permit boundary. Topsoil must be stockpiled within the permit <br />boundary. Please revised the stockpile locations and show the <br />locations on the Mining Plan Map. <br />3. The permit application shows a number of structures within 200 feet of <br />the permit boundary. The following questions relate to these <br />Structures: <br />a. 'dill the final gradinn be below that of Highway 36? If so the <br />Department of Highways and Eastern Colorado Utility Company must be <br />notified. <br />b. IREA and Eastern Slope Telephone must be notified. <br />c. Is the notation of OHP on the maps submitted the power line? If <br />not, what does OHP mean? <br />d. Is the domestic water source located deeper than the mine pit will <br />extend?
