Dept. o! r:d(U.';;iN.CSvL'fCES <br />Re: Mobile Premix Concrete, Inc. <br />Application for Mining Permit <br />Howe Pit, Adams County <br />Dear Randy: <br />We are herewith enclosing four copies of a letter from <br />Adams County, verifying that Mobile Premix Concrete, Inc. is in <br />conformance with existing Adams County Zoning Regulations relating <br />to our application fora mining permit on the Howe Pit. <br />We are also enclosing Xerox copies of the return receipts <br />received from adjacent landowners whom we notified of our proposed <br />mining operation. <br />Our Notice of the proposed mining operation was published <br />in the Denver Post on March 17th, March 24th and March 31st and <br />April 7, 1978, as required. It is our understanding that you will <br />receive an affidavit from the Denver Post concerning those publica- <br />tions. <br />A copy of the mining permit application was placed in re- <br />view at the office of the Adams County Clerk & Recorder.
