The access road will <br /> remain in place to provide future access to the barn and <br /> livestock feeding area. <br />1 <br /> <br />ALTERNATE STOCKPILE AREA <br />' The alternate stockpile area shown on Exhibits "C" and <br /> "F" is presently covered with grass, willows, cottonwood <br />' and other brush, but is void of trees. No cross drainage <br />' systems traverse the area. The soil is classified as <br /> riverwash with the to 6-12 inches being fine sand. <br /> Although the actual uti zation, if any, of this site lies <br /> in the future, th reclamation procedures pertaining <br /> thereto follow: <br /> in accord ce with the recommendations contained in the <br />' <br /> Soil Cons vation Service letter dated March 12, 1987, <br />' (copy a' tacked) the fine sand topsoil would be removed, and <br /> stockpiled along the westerly edge of the area for future <br /> reclamation use. <br /> At that point in time, when this area is no longer <br /> i <br />d f <br />t <br />k <br />ili <br />ll <br />i <br />i <br />b <br /> rep;w <br />re <br />or s <br />oc <br />p <br />ng, a <br />extraneous mater <br />als w <br />e <br />ll <br /> removed therefrom and the topsoil replaced and graded to <br /> conform to the surrounding land surface.
