All of El Paso County ' s pits are located on private property and
gravel is extracted under a Gravel Purchase Agreement with the
land owner. Copies of each agreement are attached .
The two State land pits are on a renewable 5 year basis . Attached
is correspondence regarding the renewal of their permits .
