5.0, lNound System <br />A mound soil absorption system shall be designed by a Registered Professional Engineer, and <br />the design shall be site-specific and include specifications for fill material, basal azea size <br />calculations, absorption azea calculations, distribution networks, cap, topsoil, final grading, <br />and other pertinem information to the construction of the system as may be requested by the <br />health officer or hisJher designated representative. <br />A. The distribution system shall be designed for uniform e1$uent application throughout <br />the mound. <br />B. The e$iuent distnbution system shall be graded tc drain back to the dosing chamber <br />or buried below frost line. <br />C.
