BUFFALO STONE QUARRY <br />Attachment 8 <br />EXHIBIT I -Proof of Filing Application with Las Animas County Clerk <br />Las Animas County Clerk and Recorder <br />Yocam Stone, LLP; 19505 County Road 215, Pritchett, Colorado 81064; (719) 634- <br />5317, has filed applications for a Construction Materials Limited Impact (110) <br />Reclamation Permit with the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board under provision <br />of the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Act for the Extraction of Construction <br />Materials. The proposed mine is known as the Buffalo Stone Quarry and is located in <br />Section 35 Township 30 South, Range 51 West, 6'h Principal Meridian. <br />Under the provisions of C.R.S. 34-32.5-101 et seq, the applicant for a Construction <br />Materials permit from the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Boazd must place a copy <br />of that application with the local County Clerk and Recorder for review by the public <br />upon request. <br />• Please sign and date below to indicate your receipt of the application from Yocam <br />Stone, LLP. <br />Received for the Las Animas County Clerk and Recorder by, <br />• <br /> <br />Date 7/~ ~~ 7 <br />~ , <br />
