The revised recommended decision date for yow application is May 23, 2005. Therefore, I <br />would appreciate a response to all adequacy concerns, including Mr, Sorenson's, from you on w before March 31, <br />2005. Two (2) copies of yow adequacy response must be submitted and received by the Division by no later than <br />Mazch 31, 2005 to allow Division staff stLfiicient review time. Please be advised that yow application may be <br />dcemed inadequate and the Division may recommend denial of such application on May 23, 2005 unless aU <br />adequacy review items are address to the satisfaction of the Division. <br />Please be advised that Rule 1.8.1 states that changes and additions to the per5t>it application must be filed with the <br />Division and the County Clerk and Recorder, This includes all CutSrre adequacy responses to yow proposed MMRR <br />Quarry, Regular 112 Application.
