§2.04 APPLICATION FOR PERMIT FOR SURFACE OR UNDERGROUND MINING <br />ACTIVITIES -- MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS FOR INFORMATION ON <br />ENVIRONMENTAL RESOURCES. <br />2.04.4 <br />Cultural and Historic Resource Information. <br />(1) A Cultural and Historic Resource Survey of the North Fork of the <br />Gunnison Valley is presented in Volume 9A, Archeolgic Appendix of the <br />Bowie No. 1 Mine permit. The Division has this permit on file. It is a <br />lengthy document and is not reproduced in this volume. <br />Before any new disturbance is created by mining activities within the train <br />loadout and stockpile area permit boundary occurs, a cultural, historical <br />and archeological survey of the proposed areas will be conducted and <br />supplied to the Division of Minerals & Geology. <br /> <br />TR-20 <br />(2) No answer required. <br />2.04 - 5 <br />3/01 <br />
