[t is our understanding that Connell Resources has or will be contacting you to try to resolve any potential water problems which could affect your lakes. If a resolution is no[ reached, you have I.he right to request a hearing before the Mined Land Reclamation Board to see if any problems can be worked out. This process would begin by holding an informal conference between Connell Resources, the Division and you. This conference is tentatively set for 9~a.m. on August S, 1999 at the Division's office in Room 215. 1313 Sherman Street. Denver. Colorado. Please notify us by August 3, 1999 as to if you have worked out your concems with Connell Resources, if you wish to withdraw your objections, or if you wish to continue your objections and plan to attend this informal conference.
