S <br />ITEM 6.0: The permittee will request Colorado Division of Wildlife to determine <br />whether the exploration activity will jeopardize the continued existence of any <br />endangered or threatened specie. Their findings will be submitted to Colorado Division <br />of Reclamation Mining and Safety (CDRMS). <br />ITEM 7.0: No <br />ITEM 10.0: When the hole is plugged the top 10 feet will be filled with "sakrete" then <br />an aluminum cap will be set in the top of the cement plug with the hole identifier stamped <br />on it. <br />
