The need <br />for stream buffer zone signage was eliminated as no disturbance encroached to/or within <br />100 feet of any perennial stream. <br />Underground Development Disposal. Underground development waste has been <br />classified as coal processing waste. See Exhibit 17 for details regarding coal processing <br />waste. <br />Protection of Public Parks and Historic Places Research of the National Reeister of <br />Historic Places indicates that there are no historic places near the Golden Eagle Mine <br />which will be affected by the mine's operation.
