Unless otherwise approved by the DMG, Twentymile Coal Company will reclaim all roads following the <br />conclusion of mining activities. Natural drainage patterns will be restored, with all culverts removed. The roadbed <br />will be rounded and shaped to blend with the surrounding topography. The area will be topsoiled and revegetated <br />• to meet the requirements of Rule 4.15. <br />The transport system of the Fish Creek Tipple operation consists of a railroad spur, haulroad, access roads, and light <br />use roads.
