Six (6) culverts are utilized in the mine area, and three (3) in the loadout area. Designs for all the above mentioned ponds, diversions, ditches and culverts as well as all other drainage and sediment control structures utilized in the Southfield mine and loadaut areas have been approved, and the structures have been constructed and currently exist. Fbst construction pond certifications for Ponds 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and L2 are contained in Appendix A, Fbst Construction Fond Certifications. No additional ponds, diversions, ditches or other structures are proposed. The original design methodology, assumptions, parameters and calculations for most of the loadaut structures are submitted as approved, and are based upon applicable regulations at the time of approval. All mine area structures and sane of the loadout structures have been revised since their initial approval, hence, the revised methodology, parameters and calculations are submitted. • The mine area ponds, diversions, ditches, culverts and associated structures are located on the drainage and Sediment Control Map, (Map 20). The loadout area ponds, ditches and associated structures are located on the Loadout Area Surface and GYoundvrater I-Iydirology Map (Map 13) . Design drawings for all structures are also contained in the permit and are referenced as appropriate in this exhibit. There are five (5) Small Area EScemptions located within the Southfield mine area. These areas are exempt from full scale drainage and sediment control requirements .
