While there is <br />a low probability that srnie other cultural resources are present, these <br />will likely be limited to isolated finds and any sites will be small <br />limited activity locales. The only realistic chance that these sites <br />will becarie visible is through ground disturbance. <br />Colorado Westmoreland and the Bureau of Iand Management may wish to <br />discuss the potential for a post~iisturbance survey policy in areas <br />densely vegetated. Prior to any surface disturbance, archaeologists <br />could focus their attention on topographic areas likely to be conducive <br />for site locations. After or concurrent with the developmental <br />activity, archaeologists could then inspect areas that were previously <br />obscured by vegetatica or duff. This would appear to be the only <br />realistic procedure for finding sites of low visibility. <br />s. <br />= s. <br />5 <br />
