X 24A. _ $6,000.00 <br />TOTAL RECLAMATION COSTS $17,755.71 <br />Exhibit M - Local Government Approval <br />The Elbert County Planning Commission met on September 12, <br />1985 in a public hearing. The Planning Commission unanimously <br />approved the recommendation to the County Commissioners that the Use <br />by Special Review be granted. It is expected the County <br />Commissioners will accept the recommendation of the Planning <br />Commission in the public hearing to be held on September 27, 1985 at <br />11:30 a.m.. <br />Exhibit N - Other Permits <br />Applicant has discussed the matter of dust with the <br />representatives of the County Commissioners acting as the local <br />Department of Health under the statute. In addressing the matter of <br />dust control, applicants have agreed to apply a purlative on the <br />access road if required and to construct a dust box on the crusher <br />if required. It was noted before the Planning Commission when the <br />subject of dust was discussed that the material to be mined meets <br />the county standards for road materials and will not require <br />substantial processing to be used for its intended purpose. <br />OTHER <br />Tendered herewith is the publisher's affidavit requested. <br />- 3 - <br />
