<br />Per your January 25, 2005 extension request, the Division's recommended decision date has been revised to May 23,
<br />2005. In addition, the pre-Hearing Conference will be re-scheduled and held during the period of May 27, 2005 to
<br />June 3, 2005, and a Formal Pubhc Hearing will be held before the Mine Land Reclamafion Board at the June 14-15,
<br />2005 Board Meeting. Therefore, please disregazd the dates for these events specified in the Division's previous
<br />January 15, 2005 correspondence. Once again, the pre-Hearing Conference will be held at the Division Office, date
<br />and time to be announced. The Formal Public Hearing will be held at Centennial Building, 1313 Sherman Street,
<br />Room 318, Denver, Colorado. The Boazd Meeting will begin at 10:00 A.M. on June 14 and 9:00 A.M. on June 15,
<br />2005. Specifications for Boazd Meetings - Pemtit Applicatlon Hearings, Decisions, & Appeals aze listed in Rule 2.0
<br />of the Mineral Rules and Regulations for the Extraction of Construction Materials; specifically Rule 2.6 for
<br />pre-Hearing Procedures, Rule 2.7 forpre-Hearing Conferences, and Rule 2.8 for Hearings.
