Exhibit C <br />(m) The deposit is proposed to be processed onsite to make road base and other <br />construction aggregates for use in this part of Fremont County. Processing will be done by a portable <br />crushing and screening plant on site. No permanent manmade structures will be constructed. No <br />chemicals will be used for this operation. Please see DMG map Exhibit E. <br />(n) The primary commoditiesto be minedwill be sand and gravel for road materialand other <br />construction uses. There are some known secondary commodities involved, (Structural-Fill-Crushed <br />Stone, and Sand for asphalt.) All products produced will be construction aggregates. <br />(o) There aze no known incidental products to be mined by this proposed operation. If any <br />incidental products aze discovered, The Division (DMG) will be duly notified. <br />(p) Blasting may be used on this site if its becomes necessary to loosen the rock ,however <br />it is planned to use a crawler tractor with a ripper to loosen the base rock for dozing. Therefore a <br />Geotechnical Stability Exhibit is not included here. <br />
