This pipeline presently traverses portions of Section's 9 <br />and 16, Township 19 South, Range 69 West, Fremont County. As indicated in <br />the Public Notice, Fremont Paving &Redi-Mix, Inc., has made application for a <br />reclamation permit to mine gravel from a portion of Section 9 & 16. CIG was <br />present at the Fremont County Commissioners meeting when this gravel mining <br />operation was addressed.
