This will allow us the opportunity to alter and refine the permit application if so <br />required. <br />This request for a change in the Division's Decision Date is being made on behalf of All <br />Rite Paving and Redi-Mix Company, Inc. <br />(Revision): Since the original development of this letter, the County hearing has taken <br />place and we did receive your Adequacy Letter on April 14, 1999. We will address your <br />adequacy concerns and the changes to the mine and reclamation plans prior to April 30, <br />1999.
