I, as Secretary and <br />Corporate Officer, will make the following statements in behalf of <br />DFC Ceramics, Inc., which should be added to our Application for <br />Mining and Reclamation Permit. <br />The Soil Conservation Service has recommended that slopes should not <br />exceed 3:1 where possible, with drainage sloped into existing walls. <br />We at present, see no reason why this cannot be done and DF~~ Ceramics, <br />Inc. will do everything possible to comply. <br />The Soil Conservation Service also recommends clump plantin~3 of woody <br />plants for this area, as the site will provide excellent habitat for <br />game birds and small mammals.
